  • You are a NON-KCA/KSCA Member. The LATE Registration Conference rate for the KCA/KSCA Conference in Manhattan, Kansas on March 26-27th.

    If you are not an active member, please consider joining the Kansas Counseling Association at kscounseling.org OR the Kansas School Counseling Association at ksca1.org. We will verify your membership and bill you for the conference accordingly. Thank you!
  • You are an active KCA/KSCA Student/Retired Member who is completing a LATE Registration to the KCA/KSCA Counseling Conference in Manhattan, KS on March 26-27th.

The Kansas Counseling Association AND Kansas School Counselor Association 2020 Conference will be held on Thursday, March 26th through Friday, March 27th, 2020.  We will be at the Hilton Garden Inn (410 S 3rd St, Manhattan, KS 66502)  Our theme this year is "Follow the Yellow Brick Road to Success!"

Check out our Keynote Speakers, Breakout Sessions, Awards, President's Reception, and our Pre-Conference options!  We are working hard to get your feedback and plan the best conference for you!  Take this time to rejuvenate, relax, and reconnect with other counselors here in Kansas.

  3. Are you a Graduate/PhD Student OR Retired Counselor?
If you do not have a PayPal account and want to write a check OR create a Purchase Order for your school, print a paper copy and mail in your registration with the form completed and  a check/purchase order attached.  We have a W-9 form on our website you can print too.

 Early Registration is until Sunday, February 29,  2020.  The rate will increase after that time due to hotel costs & meals.  ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE VIA EMAIL BY February 29th to kca.exec.director@gmail.com for a refund.
